Level 1: Things that can be done from the sofa
- Save electricity by unplugging appliances that are not being used
- Pay bills via mobile
- Share publications on women's rights and climate change so that it reaches more people
- Ask local and national authorities to participate in initiatives that do not harm people or the planet
- Turn off unnecessary lights
- Investigate a little about the network and buy only in companies that apply sustainable practices and not harm the environment
- Report harassment online
- Stay informed
Level 2: Things that can be done from home
- Drying clothes and hair to the air instead of using machines
- Take shorter showers
- Eat less meat and fish
- Freeze fresh food that you will not eat soon to save money and food
- Recycle
- Buy products that have minimal packaging
- Avoid preheating the oven. Unless you need a certain cooking temperature, start heating the food right when you turn on the oven
- Adjust the lowest thermostat in the winter and highest in the summer
- Install solar panels in your house
- If you use a dishwasher, do not rinse dishes before putting them in
- Use cardboard matches instead of gas lighters
Level 3: Things that can be done outside
- Buy local products
- Avoid compulsive purchases
- Travel by foot, by bicycle or by public transport
- Do not buy plastic bags in supermarkets
- Buy second-hand products
- Keep the car in good condition so that it does not emit toxic gases
- Donate what is not used
- Get vaccinated
- Make use of the right to choose a representative
Level 4: Things that can be done at work
- Give the food you're not going to eat to the people who need it instead of throwing it away
- Fight for equality
- Advise the youth
